We are excited to share some updates about the Juice Goose, as it prepares to become fully native for MSFS2024!
Over the past few weeks, and despite the holidays, development has been progressing very well for the Juice Goose as we tackle the intricacies and requirements in MSFS2024.
The MSFS2024 Native version will feature:
- Enhanced Visuals: We have added dirt and mud layers, rebuilt the texture set, and made big improvements to the lighting;
- Total Compliance: Rebuilt as a native Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 add-on, Juice Goose fully aligns with MSFS2024's updated requirements. It complies with the new "aircraft browser" UI guidelines and features optimized LODs for top-tier vehicle performance.
- New & Improved Ground Handling: Ground friction and handling is where it shines, all fine-tuned to take advantage of the advances made possible by MSFS2024. Thought it handled well in 2020? Just wait until you experience it in 2024!
The Juice Goose is highly-rated in the MS Marketplace, and its reputation speaks for itself. The updated Juice Goose is set to release for by the end of January and will be available first right here at Parallel42.com. It will remain exclusive until the MSFS Marketplace opens for developers and customers.
The MSFS2020 version is currently on sale at 25% off in our End of Year sale which has been extended to Jan 3rd. So if you want to secure a saving on the MSFS2024 version you can grab it now. Note that even after the $2 update price for the 2020 > 2024 version, you will still come out ahead. And if you still have MSFS2020 installed, you'll then have both (👀).
