Request Period

Any request for refund consideration must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Submitting a refund request initiates a complete and rigorous troubleshooting and verification process intended to determine whether the reported issue stems from a verified fault within the software itself.

This process may include:

The Buyer agrees to reasonably cooperate throughout this process. Failure to participate in troubleshooting steps, provide requested information, or maintain communication may result in denial of the request.

Requests submitted outside of the 7-day period may be denied.

Unsupported Configurations

Parallel 42 LLC products are supported only on officially released and supported platform versions.

Beta builds, preview builds, experimental platform versions, unsupported modifications, third-party conflicts, or heavily modified environments are not eligible for refund consideration.

Physical Merchandise

All sales of physical merchandise, apparel, collectibles, and related goods are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for physical items unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Parallel 42 LLC reserves the right to report confirmed or reasonably verified cases of piracy, fraud, unauthorized distribution, or license abuse to relevant platform holders, payment processors, anti-piracy organizations, marketplace operators, hosting providers, legal authorities, and trusted industry partners where appropriate.

Parallel 42 LLC may share evidence, investigative findings, and licensing data with industry partners and relevant organizations to prevent fraud, protect intellectual property, and coordinate enforcement.

Parallel 42 LLC is not responsible for any actions taken by third parties based on shared information.

No Obligation to Disclose Detection Methods

Parallel 42 LLC is not obligated to disclose internal detection methods, investigative techniques, evidence, enforcement criteria, or security systems used in connection with anti-piracy enforcement.

Circumvention & Evasion

Attempting to circumvent bans, licensing systems, restrictions, or enforcement actions through alternate accounts, false identities, manipulated payment methods, VPN usage, or other evasive techniques constitutes an additional violation of these Terms.

Legal Rights

Parallel 42 LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law relating to copyright infringement, intellectual property misuse, unauthorized distribution, fraud, and abuse of its services.

SECTION 8 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
