Hello Captain,

Getting scenery into MSFS 2024 hasn’t been a casual port, it’s actually been quite a grind! New methods, new quirks, a lot of trial and error, and we’re still not done moving our full collection over. Every release still has to earn its spot, and Sunset Strip delivers. Set on a quiet bluff in California, this one leans into atmosphere, a calm lake, glassy water, scattered fishing spots, the kind of place you fly into and just stay a while. While ChasePlane continues to take a big share of attention, scenery hasn’t taken a back seat. We’ve been refining new techniques behind the scenes, and this release shows it. Enjoy this one!

A secluded strip located near Finley Lake, California.

All-new, fully native product for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024! After a day of flying, Sunset Strip is the perfect spot to unwind. Surrounded by scenic valleys and just a short 5nm flight from Hogsback Ranch, it's a sanctuary for STOL aircraft and helicopter enthusiasts.

Pilots who enjoy precision flying will find a challenge here, with landings and departures possible in only one direction. And when the sun sets over the surrounding valleys during your approach, it's a perfect backdrop.

There are no services, restrooms, or electricity. At Sunset Strip, it's all about reconnecting with nature. Enjoy the tranquility of Finley Lake, spot bald eagles or hop in a Juice Goose and explore the nearby Red Bluff Trails to grab a meal at the nearby Hungry Bear food truck.
