How do I transfer my Parallel 42 products purchased from other stores?
Transferring your Parallel 42 product purchased elsewhere to your Parallel 42 account is easy.
In order to properly validate your purchase, we require a screenshot showing the Product, Your Name & Email. Please reply with one screenshot for each product you're wanting to migrate.
Once we have received your request, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be assessed and processed.
* Please note that transferred products do not apply towards the Club 42 loyalty program.

HOW TO CAPTURE PROOF OF PURCHASE

> MSFS MARKETPLACE

Visit the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace and locate the product(s) you wish to transfer. Capture a screenshot of this page, ensuring that the word OWNED is visible next to the desired product(s) and that your profile name appears in the top right corner.

It should look like this:

  • Go to https://orbxdirect.com/
  • Log in using the login button at the top right of the page.
  • Select the "Account" button at the top right of the page, next to the "Log Out" button. 
  • Review the list of purchases listed under your account for any //42 products you wish to migrate.
  • Click on the product.
  • Screenshot the page that comes up with the all information PER PRODUCT.

Click here to submit a ticket, select -> Migrate Purchases to //42 Store
