How do I transfer my Parallel 42 products purchased from other stores?

To transfer your Parallel 42 product purchased elsewhere to your Parallel 42 account is easy. Submit a ticket for //42 Store Support > Purchase Migration.
Please provide the following details in your ticket:
  • Product(s) to transfer
  • Where purchased
  • Proof of Purchase (instructions are below)
Once we have received your request, please allow up to 72 hours for it to be assessed and processed.

* Please note that transferred products do not apply towards the Club 42 loyalty program.


Proof of Purchase

For products purchased through the Microsoft Marketplace
Visit the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace and locate the product(s) you wish to transfer. Capture a screenshot of this page, ensuring that the word OWNED is visible next to the desired product(s) and that your profile name appears in the top right corner.

For products purchased through Orbx or Contrail
Visit your account page and locate the product(s) you wish to transfer. Either capture a screenshot of this page OR upload the invoice/order receipt you have received from the store.
