We understand that many of you are eager to know whether our products will work in the upcoming MSFS 2024 release. Like most 3rd party developers, we have yet to be granted access to MSFS 2024 and, as a result, cannot thoroughly test our products in the new sim environment.
As soon as we get our hands on it, we’ll dive in and make sure everything works smoothly. Thanks for hanging in there with us! In the meantime, we've created a central dashboard that includes the status of all products for you to check-in as we work thru the queue. Please note, from what we know today this process may be very time consuming, and we've got almost 42 SKU's to validate and/or process.
Also, rest assured, there will be no upgrade fees for products released within the past 6 months. We stand by our commitment to you and what we build—if a product remains supported, a 2024 compatibility update will come at no additional cost. This 6 month window offers guaranteed protection from an update cost REGARDLESS of how much work it will take us to update said products.
This does not mean that everything outside that window will have a cost. Each addon will be tested in full from scratch and individual decisions will be made on each as to how we proceed, so buy with confidence!
