Since 2018, Orbx has been a big part of the //42 journey. Together, we’ve built some amazing things, and we have grown a lot along the way. That partnership helped us get to where we are today as an independent developer with a direct line to the community we love.
Now, it’s time for the next chapter. After many years of collaboration, //42 has decided to officially conclude its distribution partnership with Orbx. This means our products will no longer be available for purchase on Orbx Direct. If you’ve purchased //42 products through Orbx, everything you own will remain in your Orbx account. Those versions will simply stay frozen at their last update.
Going forward, updates will only come through the Parallel 42 Store, Microsoft Marketplace or Contrail. We recommend that your Orbx purchases be migrated over to the //42 Store as soon as possible, especially as we update products to MSFS 2024.
